Return policy

By placing an order , you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies: 


Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. We accept returns for defective items due to our error, such as the wrong item or damaged item. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Steps

First, send pictures of the product with any defects to dosserhonzka8@hotmail.com

Second, waiting for approve/deny your refund email.

Third, send the goods back within 30 days.

Fourth, after confirming receipt of the returned goods, your payment amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account.

Delayed or Lost Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is issued.

Cancel Order

You can only cancel an order within 6 hours of the day of purchase. Please note that cancellations will be subject to administrative, processing and transaction fees (30% of the total order value).

Several types of items are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
